HybridNeuro Hub Social Media Guidelines
Purpose
These Social Media Guidelines provide detailed guidelines for the appropriate use of social media by members and/or visitors of HybridNeuro Hub. They aim to protect the interests of our community while encouraging respectful and productive online engagement.
Scope
These guidelines apply to all members and/or visitors of HybridNeuro Hub when they:
- represent HybridNeuro Hub on official social media channels or
- identify themselves as members of HybridNeuro Hub on personal social media profiles or
- engage in discussions related to HybridNeuro Hub ‘s activities, events, or other members.
Guidelines for Official Social Media Use
Members authorized to manage HybridNeuro Hub ‘s official social media accounts will:
- ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and reflect HybridNeuro Hub ‘s values;
- refrain from disclosing confidential or proprietary information;
- comply with all applicable laws, including copyright and data protection regulations.
Guidelines for Personal Social Media Use
When discussing HybridNeuro Hub on personal social media accounts, members and/or visitors will:
- clearly state that their views are their own and do not represent HybridNeuro Hub;
- maintain respect and professionalism in all interactions;
- avoid sharing confidential or proprietary information related to HybridNeuro Hub or its members;
- be mindful of the potential impact of their statements on HybridNeuro Hub ‘s reputation.
Confidentiality and Security
Members and/or visitors must not share any confidential or proprietary information related to HybridNeuro Hub, its members, or its operations on social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, unpublished research, personal data of members, and internal communications.
Monitoring and Enforcement
HybridNeuro Hub reserves the right to monitor official social media channels to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination of membership, depending on the severity of the breach.
Legal Considerations
Members and/or visitors are expected to comply with all applicable laws when engaging on social media, including but not limited to:
- Intellectual property laws.
- Data protection and privacy regulations.
- Anti-harassment and anti-discrimination laws.
Changes to this Privacy Guidelines
HybridNeuro Hub may update these guidelines periodically. Members and/or visitors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
By adhering to these guidelines, members and/or visitors contribute to a respectful and secure online environment that benefits the entire HybridNeuro Hub community.
